  • Send your audience to a branded landing page so they know they're redeeming an exclusive member benefit

  • Give your audience all the event details and options to book their preferred date/time/location.

  • Provide branded ticket confirmation with specific instructions where required

  • Send an event reminder to your audience 24 hours prior to increase attendance

  • Provide 24/7 helpdesk response via email for all ticket enquiries

  • Provide regular ticket uptake reports so you can remove ticket offer from comms once all allocated

  • Send a feedback survey to your audience and collate into a summary report post event

Complete the form below and include as much information as possible about your event so we can get started on system setup.

Step 2

Event Setup Approval

24 hours turnaround

We will send you 2 links for approval (the event landing page and the ticket confirmation). Once approved we will set to live so you can begin sharing with your audience.

Step 3

Ticket Facilitation

We recommend giving your audience 2-5 days notice for best ticket take-up results

We will monitor ticket uptake and provide updates, provide helpdesk support, do physical ticket checks at the venue (if chosen as an add-on), and facilitate a feedback survey with your audience.

Step 4

Wrap up Report

5-7 day turnaround

We provide you with a detailed wrap up report including invaluable audience feedback on the experience. Such data can be used to identify audience trends and further improve audience experiences to drive brand value

  • 50 - 100 tickets per event - $7.50 per ticket

  • > 100 tickets per event - $5 per ticket

Centre chooses to pass cost onto consumer to pay per ticket at time of redemption
